Santa

We took the boys to see Santa the day after Thanksgiving. While they were waiting in line one of Santa's helpers was asking them questions about Santa. One of the questions he asked was, "What treat does Santa like to eat when he leaves presents?". Jaron answered "cookies". Santa's helper asked what else he likes with his cookies so Jantzen answered very quickly "Santa likes cookies and Diet Coke". Santa's helper couldn't stop laughing. I told Jantzen that Santa likes Diet Coke at our house, but probably drinks milk at most peoples houses. They were so cute when they were on Santa's lap telling him what they want for Christmas. Neither one of them were scared this year. However, we couldn't get both of them to smile together and relax in their picture, but they are still so cute.

Thanksgiving 2008

We were able to go to Utah again this year to spend Thanksgiving with Josh's sister Amy and her family. It was nice to spend time together with the family members that we don't get to see very often. My boys had a lot of fun hanging out with their cousins. Jaron pretty much hung out with Carson, the computer, and Rock Band the whole time we were there (Josh was hooked on Rock Band too). Jantzen hung out with Addison. She would keep asking every morning when Jantzen was going to wake up because she wanted to play with him. They play so good together. We had a good time eating and playing games together and my boys were sad when it was time to go home. Jantzen asked if he could stay there for a year and then I could come back and get him. I told him sorry, he had to come home with us. I am looking forward to spending more holidays with all of my family and creating more fun memories for my children to look back on when they get older.

Twilight

My friend Katie came over today to help me start up my blog. I am so excited! I feel so cool now. So the first thing I wanted to talk about was the Twilight party I went to on Saturday at Katie's house (she's so cool! I want to be just like her). I know it has been a few days since it happened, but I had so much fun at it and I love the books. We had lots of good food and it was fun hanging out with everyone. We had fun taking pictures, as you can see I was the party mascot. After we ate and socialized we went to the movie (it was the second time I'd seen it. I went with Josh the night before- he really liked it.) and I loved it even more the second time around. I can't wait until they make the next one.

Doesn't this look yummy?

It's party time girls!

The party mascot, so lovely.
