Doesn't he look so cute and grown up? I can't believe he's already at that age. Before I know it he's going to be leaving on his mission...I don't really want to think about that right now. I know I'm going to cry like a baby when that happens.
As we drove to the church he looked through his scouting book and when we got there he asked what it means when you have butterflies in your tummy. I told him it probably means he's a little nervous, but that he'll be fine. He didn't act like he really wanted to go.
After Jaron was all done he couldn't wait to tell me all about what they did. They did some competitions in which they had to race around the church and see who could jump the farthest. Jaron won the jumping contest. He was so excited to tell me all about it. He now says that he likes scouts. I'm glad he ended up liking it after all.

Wow that does seem old. Blake loved scouts growing up so I hope our kids love it too.
How fun! The leaders for scouts are amazing because you can see they really enjoy their callings! Way to go, Jaron!
I'm glad that he liked his first day of scouts!! Patrick was telling me the boys were helping him pass some stuff off since it was his first time!! And seriously, like I said the other day, let me know if you want to use my sewing machine to sew on his patches.... or if you want me to help you do it. You could just bring Jantzen over to play with Conner and we can get them on.
It's so cute to see these guys in their little scout uniforms!! Love the pics of the boys with Jayden, she is a doll!!
