Yesterday I took the kids out for our annual "back to school" lunch. This year the kids decided they wanted to go to Sonic. That's right, I gave them a bunch of different options, including Cafe Rio, but they all chose Sonic, so that's where we went.
As you can see, they all had the same thing...a corn dog, tots, and a slushy and they all enjoyed their lunch very much.
They all gave me a good laugh just watching their faces as they ate...
We had an extra friend with us for lunch this year...Jace. We already consider him a member of our family. He was a little camera shy though...
After lunch, we did a little bit of shopping for school supplies and then we headed home for the kids to enjoy their last Friday of freedom.
**Just a little side note...
Last night I went out with some friends for a girls night and when I got home this is what I found...
...yep, both Josh and Jaron were nicely tucked into their beds and Jaedyn and Jantzen were asleep on the couches in the family room...neither one of them in their pj's and I can only guess that they didn't get their vitamins or their teeth brushed either. I guess nothing can get done without mom around!!
